Main Stage Cosplay Contest Registration Instructions

Welcome to the thrilling world of cosplay at Louisville Horror Con! To ensure a smooth and exciting experience in our cosplay contest, please follow these essential instructions:

1. Pre-Registration Required: You must pre-register at the Photo Op Booth before the contest. Please note, guests who fail to register at the pre-judging table before 2 PM will be ineligible to participate in the contest.

2. Pre-Judging Process: Upon registration, you'll undergo a pre-judging session. This is your opportunity to discuss your costume with the judge and highlight any significant details about your build. Remember, the final contest will only involve a walkthrough, and pre-judges will communicate your costume details to the final judges.

3. Costume Guidelines: Your costume should be family-friendly. Ensure it covers all areas typically covered by a bathing suit, thus avoiding exposure of any "naughty bits."

4. Staging Area Timing: If you're participating in the cosplay contest, be at the staging area at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the contest. Check our online schedule for the exact start time.
