Below you will find some important details about the upcoming show on March 1-2, at the Old National Events Plaza.

2. SET UP TIMES: (NO EARLY BIRDS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING)
Friday 3pm-7pm (building will close at 7pm and all vendors must be out by then)
Saturday 7:30am-9am (TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ)
Sunday Vendors can get in the building at 9am
(Please note you will need to check in at the loading dock area to get your vendor packets and wristbands.  All rolling carts must come in through the loading dock area.) 

NO ROLLING CARTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE FRONT GLASS DOOR ENTRANCE, PER VENUE RULES.

The road (Walnut) is under construction so you will need to enter through; Martin Luther King Blvd onto Walnut behind the Old National Events Plaza.  Which is the side closer to the Doubletree hotel.  Loading Dock Number 5 will be open, please park your car next to the curb to pull items in, DO NOT PULL IN AND BLOCK THE LOADING DOOR.  You may park in the street area for up to 30mins for unloading, but please UNLOAD EVERYTHING into the building and then MOVE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE BACK LOT before you begin booth set up.  Parking is FREE at the venue
